6'3" 225 lb. Hollywood bodybuilder Aron Ridge has just launched his new personal training site Adonisfitness.net and wanted me to take some new photos of him for it in December 2007. He's the same weight as in his previous galleries but even leaner.

 

Aron is so cut and lean he puts even other LA personal trainers to shame. He knows what he is doing but more important is he is very mellow and easy to work with. Just because a man has the biggest muscles doesn't mean he'll make the best personal trainer. Those guys can have attitude and extreme fitness views. Aron is easygoing and tailors his training to every fitness level, not just other supermen.
