Short Subject Patrick Kaiser

Ich liebe Patrick Kaiser! 5'11" Patrick is the most effortless model I've ever photographed. No wonder he's done so much fashion modeling. I met him on Model Mayhem and he said he needed some new portfolio pics to keep things updated. I suggested more smiling photos too. He came over and I could tell we both trusted each other immediately. He is smart and very easygoing with none of the insecure bullshit.

With no makeup on we went outside and I started taking pictures and chatting. If the photos make you feel you are at a cocktail party with Patrick that's the idea. My attention was distracted by keeping him laughing so I just pushed the shutter a lot. Then it was over and we went inside and loved what we got! Did I take that? Shoot over in 20 minutes! While shooting I watched him "turn on" for the camera and strut with his shirt open. When he looks at his bicep you would think he never saw it before. He told me he was really too short for runway fashion modeling work but that he did lots of it anyway because they liked him. No wonder, he's a gorgeous good guy! Plus the German accent is insanely sexy and exotic!

I only wish I had some shots of him without his glasses on. Oh well, he looks like a cop with them on, don't you think?

Now that fashion modeling is done he's glad to bulk up more. "You can't have big delts and neck because suits don't fit so I'm glad to be building my upper body." He is up to 180 lbs. in these photos taken Dec. 2006. Yes get bigger Patrick! Oh, he's also a kickboxer so we are planning another more action oriented shoot together. Hey, maybe I can get him to fight giant bodybuilder James Kohler or stuntman Eric Linden?
