Little 5'7" Prinston (POMJ) is a big competitive bodybuilder who lived in L.A. for a couple of years. I recorded him in my kitchen doing a quick pose one day in the video at left. I also still photographed him but mostly I helped him with his computer and artwork for his videos and websites. This young muscleboy has a dramatic story. He speaks with an Ohio accent (like me) but he was born in Liberia in west Africa in 1982. That country was destroyed by civil war and his sister and brother were killed! He hasn't seen his mother in a long time and the Liberian phone system is impossible.  After spending several years in a refugee camp his father, who lived in America, located and helped rescue him. He got Prinston to the U.S. and brought him to Columbus, Ohio. Prinston the African finished growing up in the Buckeye state. Despite years of starvation and hardship by the time he started on the high school football team his muscles were so big the other kids were scared of him!  And his muscles were not very big back then by Prinston standards.

He weighs between 190 and 220 in these pictures taken over the past five years while Prinston was in the L.A. area. He has sinced moved back to Ohio. They include photos of Prinston's buddies Markus Reinhardt and the late Rob Sager.
