ELI MANNING

6'4" (1.93m) 220 lb. (99 kg) Elisha Nelson "Eli" Manning (born January 3, 1981) is an American football quarterback for the New York Giants of the National Football League. He was forced to overcome his parents naming him "Elisha."  He is the son of former NFL quarterback Archie Manning and the younger brother of Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning. Manning played college football at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) after attending prep school at Isidore Newman School in New Orleans.

He was drafted as the first overall pick in the 2004 NFL Draft by the San Diego Chargers and immediately traded to the New York Giants, who in return gave up a package highlighted by fourth overall selection Philip Rivers. Manning won the Most Valuable Player award in Super Bowl XLII in 2008 after leading the Giants to victory over the previously undefeated New England Patriots. On February 5, 2012 he again led his team to victory in Super Bowl XLVI, a rematch with the Patriots, in which Manning again won MVP honors and also set a new Super Bowl record with nine consecutive completions to start the game. Manning is one of five quarterbacks who have won multiple Super Bowl MVP awards. Manning is also a former member of the President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports.

Manning is also known for doing lots and lots of charity work helping everyone from hurricane Katrina victims to the blind.

PEYTON AND ELI MANNING TALK ABOUT SPORTS SEEMINGLY FOREVER (5 min)
All they do in this 2006 video is talk about football, football, football on and on. Maybe I have a short attention span or maybe I JUST HATE SPORTS!

This video may seem short to sports lovers but I can't even watch it with the sound on. I have not watched it, really. I just "scrubbed through" the video on YouTube and confirmed that these two gorgeous jocks keep their handsome heads on-camera at all times.

Even five minutes of "football talk" and I am in the kitchen at the super bowl party talking to the straight guy's wives. And what do they tell me? "He's married to football and it's so boring." "He yells when I block the TV!" "It just be a metaphor for tribalism..."

Both these charismatic athletes look so gorgeous in 2006 I am willing to sit through football talk to promote them. It's a tough job.
